TEACHING PASTOR

___________

Details

How it works.
A Fractional Teaching Pastor serves churches that could benefit from a regular, trusted preaching voice without adding a full-time staff role. Depending on the needs of the church, this support may include preaching an assigned text, helping craft a teaching calendar, or providing leadership to a teaching team. The role exists to resource churches with excellent, biblically grounded teaching while preserving flexibility in staffing and budget.
Many churches experience seasons where the teaching gift is stretched thin, staff bandwidth is limited, or transition creates a need for added support. This model is especially helpful for congregations led by a plurality of elders, churches where an Executive Pastor is sitting in the Lead Pastor seat, ministries without the resources for a full-time teaching role, or communities navigating pastoral transition. By providing consistent, biblically rooted teaching alongside pastoral presence and theological guidance, a fractional Teaching Pastor helps churches maintain continuity, doctrinal clarity, and congregational confidence—without the weight of a new full-time hire. This approach strengthens the teaching ministry, protects staff health, and brings stability during seasons of growth, discernment, or change.
My goal in this role is to serve the church with steady, Scripture-centered teaching shaped by years of experience at RISEN Church in Santa Monica, EvFree Fullerton, multiple interim pastorates, and guest teaching throughout Southern California. With theological training from Oral Roberts University, Liberty University, and Fuller Seminary, I work to bring clarity, depth, and pastoral sensitivity to every sermon and teaching environment. Whether preaching regularly, assisting with series planning, or offering ongoing coaching to staff and elders, my aim is to strengthen your church with faithful teaching and a calm, stabilizing presence.
Fractional support can take several forms depending on your church’s needs: ongoing monthly preaching, coverage for a specific series or season, interim teaching leadership during pastoral transition, weekend-only pulpit supply, or a hybrid model blending preaching with coaching and collaborative planning. Regardless of the structure, the goal remains the same—to serve your church with consistency, clarity, and biblically grounded teaching that supports both your congregation and your leadership team.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

___________

Details

How it works.
A Fractional Executive Pastor serves churches that need consistent operational, financial, or organizational support without adding a full-time executive role. Depending on the scope of the church’s needs, this may include overseeing budgets, strengthening administrative systems, building accountability structures, refining workflows, or supporting staff management. The role exists to help churches operate with clarity and efficiency while preserving flexibility in staffing and long-term financial commitments.
Many churches face seasons where administrative load increases, financial management becomes more complex, or staff responsibilities grow beyond existing structures. This model is especially helpful for congregations led by a plurality of elders, churches where a Teaching Pastor is sitting in the Lead Pastor seat, ministries entering new phases of growth, or communities navigating organizational transition. By providing reliable financial oversight, operational clarity, and accountability processes, a fractional Executive Pastor helps churches maintain healthy internal structures without the burden of hiring a full-time executive. This approach strengthens day-to-day operations, supports staff efficiency, and brings stability during seasons that require clear systems and dependable administrative leadership.
My goal in this role is to support churches with steady operational leadership shaped by years of experience managing budgets, leading staff teams, overseeing administrative systems, and maintaining clear financial processes at RISEN Church in Santa Monica and across multiple interim contexts. I bring hands-on experience with financial planning, reporting, HR workflows, compliance, staff evaluation rhythms, and organizational accountability. With formal training from Oral Roberts University, Liberty University, and Fuller Seminary, I combine clear communication with structured, detail-oriented execution. Whether helping clean up financial systems, streamline reporting, improve staff accountability, or establish consistent administrative rhythms, my aim is to strengthen your church with reliable, transparent, and efficient operational support.
Fractional support can take several forms depending on your church’s operational needs: ongoing monthly oversight of budgets and administrative systems, project-based work focused on financial cleanup or process development, interim executive leadership during staffing transitions, staff accountability support, or a hybrid model blending financial management with organizational operations. Regardless of the structure, the goal remains the same—to provide your church with clear processes, dependable systems, and sustainable operational health so your team can function confidently and efficiently.

ADJUNCT PROFESSOR

___________

Details

How it works.
An Adjunct Professor serves universities, Bible colleges, and ministry training programs that need a reliable, academically grounded instructor without adding a full-time faculty position. Depending on the needs of the institution, this support may include teaching a course, developing a syllabus, guiding online cohorts, assisting with curriculum design, or providing short-term instructional coverage. The role exists to offer high-quality theological and biblical education while preserving institutional flexibility in staffing and resources.
Many academic programs experience seasons where faculty bandwidth is limited, course loads expand, accreditation standards require additional qualified instructors, or new curriculum initiatives need support. Fractional adjunct work is especially helpful for programs navigating enrollment swings, expanding online offerings, or launching new degree pathways. By providing dependable instruction, consistent grading rhythms, clear communication, and academically credible content, a fractional Adjunct Professor allows schools to maintain educational quality and student engagement without the commitment of hiring full-time faculty. This model provides stability, academic strength, and scheduling flexibility during key academic cycles.
My teaching draws heavily from experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Hope International University, where I taught courses on Ancient Israel, Early Christianity, and related biblical studies subjects. These roles shaped a commitment to clarity, approachable scholarship, and coursework that helps students engage Scripture with depth and confidence. Beyond the classroom, years of preaching at RISEN Church in Santa Monica, EvFree Fullerton, multiple interim pastorates, and guest teaching throughout Southern California have strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas in accessible, pastoral, and compelling ways. With theological training from Oral Roberts University, Liberty University, and Fuller Seminary, I work to deliver instruction that is academically grounded, well organized, and attentive to student formation. Whether teaching a full course, supporting online cohorts, or helping develop curriculum, my aim is to serve institutions with reliable, high-quality instruction.
Adjunct academic support can take several forms depending on program needs: teaching a single course during an academic term, covering a specific class during sabbatical or faculty leave, supporting online or hybrid course delivery, grading and student feedback support, or assisting with curriculum and syllabus development. Whether for one term or an extended partnership, the goal remains the same—to provide your students with clear, academically rigorous instruction and to support your faculty with dependable, well-structured teaching that strengthens your program.

BOARD CHAPLAIN

___________

Details

How it works.
A Fractional Board Chaplain serves as a Christian religious and ethics advisor to executives and board members, providing theological insight, moral counsel, and pastoral perspective without holding formal governance authority. This role exists to support leadership teams as they navigate complex decisions, organizational pressures, and fiduciary responsibility with wisdom, integrity, and clarity. By offering a consistent, faith-informed presence in the boardroom, a Fractional Board Chaplain helps leaders attend not only to strategy and outcomes, but also to conscience, culture, and long-term spiritual health.
Boards and executive teams often carry significant responsibility with limited space to reflect on the moral, spiritual, and human dimensions of their decisions. A Fractional Board Chaplain provides a trusted, non-voting presence who can help leaders slow down, ask better questions, and consider ethical implications through a Christian theological lens. This role is especially valuable in moments of organizational change, crisis, growth, or increased complexity, offering accountability, discernment, and pastoral counsel that supports wise decision-making and healthy leadership culture without adding operational burden or governance complexity.
My experience as a Fractional Board Chaplain is shaped by years of pastoral leadership, executive-level ministry involvement, and formal service as a Marketplace Chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains USA, where I provided spiritual care, ethical counsel, and confidential support within professional and organizational settings. Alongside this, I have worked closely with executive teams, boards, and senior leaders in church and nonprofit contexts, offering guidance on matters of conscience, leadership dynamics, and organizational culture. With theological training from Oral Roberts University, Liberty University, and Fuller Seminary, and a background that bridges ministry, operations, and teaching, I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to leadership environments—helping boards and executives reflect carefully, lead responsibly, and act with integrity.
Fractional Board Chaplain support can be structured in several ways depending on the needs and rhythms of the organization. Options may include regular attendance at board or executive meetings in a non-governing advisory capacity, scheduled one-on-one counsel with board members or senior leaders, availability during seasons of heightened pressure or transition, or periodic retreats focused on ethics, leadership health, and spiritual reflection. Regardless of the structure, the goal is to provide consistent, confidential, and theologically grounded counsel that supports wise leadership, ethical clarity, and long-term organizational health.
